As today is the 100 year anniversary of Samuel Longhorne Clemens’ death, and because today is the day his autobiography is finally published, I thought I would blog this piece I read recently. And consider how modern or conetemproary a thought that is.

Back from OR10 in Madrid, and what a great conference it was. Seeing colleagues from aroundthe globe and meeting new ones, all mixed into the wonderful setting that is Madrid, and against backdrop of the Spain Germany Semi Final in the World Cup.

I gave a presentation on Integrating Multilingualism into an Institutional Repository along with Yousef Elbes from WHO and Hayden Young of Wijiti that was well-received and hopefully inspiring to other repository managers to implement multilingualism

Chunky fish chowder recipe – Recipes – BBC Good Food.

Went down to fish market on the weekend and got a bag of fish cut up into chunks; tuna, salmon, smoked haddock and cod. After a short bit of searching this recipe presented itself and after an adventure to the local asda, we made this very enjoyable stew. Highly recommend this recipe.
